The Market tour:
8.30AM: A well-come drink. Meet our chef and take a short walking trip through the ancient town to the Market. The market tour will give you an insight not just into the scents and flavor of Vietnamese herbs and spices but also market culture - how to bargain and where to buy your goods. The market place is the core of Vietnamese society. Go back to the Restaurant.

Cooking Classes in the Kitchen: Our chef will talk you through today's dishes then leading you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved and try your hand at reproducing the flavours. Dine on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home. 12.30: Farewell
