ItineraryOption 1: Itineraries for 2 days CruiseTour Map: Hanoi – Halong Habour – Cua Van fishing village - Halong Bay - Sung Sot cave – Halong Habour – Hanoi. Day 1: Hanoi - Halong (180km) (L/D)
• 08.30 Depart from Hanoi by a 3,5hour driving to Halong.
• 11.30: Enjoy a warm welcome aboard the Halong Violet, and sit back and drink in the spectacular vista during our passage into this magical bay.
• Once lunch has been served and taste buds and tummies thoroughly satisfied, we weigh anchor near a secluded beach of Titov.
• Take a short trek to a nearby summit to enjoy the panoramic view of the bay with Violet’s golden sails arcing elegantly against the skyline before splashing down for a swim, or recline on Violet’s wicker sun loungers on our expansive wooden sundeck.
• Later that afternoon, we visit a local fishing village ( Cua Van) where you have the opportunity to interact with some of the more colorful locals who have lived and fished in the bay for almost three generations.
• At sunset, slip into a kayak or board a bamboo row boat to explore water tunnels and discover pristine coral reef in a scenic lagoon setting.
• Once back on board the ship, watch the shimmering sun slip down the sky as you sip expertly-blended cocktails as an aperitif for Violet’s extravagant evening meal.
Day 2: Halong – Hanoi (180km) (B)
- Greet the new day with some Tai Chi exercises as the sun rises once more over the bay.
- Enjoy an elegant continental breakfast before we visit a beautiful limestone grotto to admire its many unique rock formations.
- Then it’s back to the boat to form your final lasting impression of Halong Bay’s awe-inspiring beauty as we cruise back to the dock.
- 11.00: Check out and transfer back Hanoi.
- End in Hanoi at 16.00.
Option 2: Itinerary for 3 days Cruise Tour Map: Hanoi – Halong Habour – Bai Tu Long bay – Cua Van fishing village - Halong Bay - Sung Sot cave – Halong Habour –Hanoi.
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong (180km) (L/D)
- 8 :30 am pick up from your hotel in Hanoi and head out for Ha Long Bay approximately three hours away.
- En route we have a short stop at a handicapped children center for short break. Upon arrival at Ha Long Bay we will be met by captain and cruise and transferred to Violet Cruise .
- Opportunity to visit beautiful limestone caves, go swimming or sunbathing. Enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at Jasmine restaurant. If weather permits, a short night cruise could bring you a nice discovery of the sea life by night. Overnight on Violet cruise.
Day 2: Halong Bay Cruise (B/L/D)
- After breakfast, transfer to your day–trip boat with private crew and cruise to the bay’s most untouched areas.
- Enjoy swimming on quiet beaches, visiting water tunnels, fishing villages or kayaking.
- Lunch served on board by your private chef. Return to the mother boat for the night. optional kayaking (payable on board)
- At sunset time, kayak or simply take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnel with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon.
- Back on board Halong Violet, enjoy cocktails while watching sunset and later unwind at Jasmine restaurant. Overnight on Violet cruise.
Day 3: Halong – Hanoi (B)
- Greet the day with a morning Tai Chi exercise with an opportunity to view the sunrise over the bay.
- After breakfast, visit a beautiful limestone grotto, then return to the boat for a final glimpse of Halong Bay while cruising back to the pier. After lunch at Royal Park Restaurant, transfer back to Hanoi .
